Ash Ketchum begins his journey to become a Pokémon Master after receiving his first Pokémon, Pikachu, from Professor Oak. He travels through the Kanto region, collecting Gym Badges, making friends with Misty and Brock, and constantly battling Team Rocket. The arc culminates in Ash's participation in the Indigo League Pokémon Tournament.

After the Indigo League, Ash travels to the Orange Islands to retrieve a GS Ball for Professor Oak. Misty and Brock join him on this tropical adventure. Ash competes in the Orange League, facing unique challenges and earning the Orange League Winner's Trophy by defeating the Orange Crew Leaders.

Ash travels to the Johto region to compete in the Johto League. He continues his journey with Misty and Brock, catching new Pokémon and facing new challenges. The arc includes encounters with legendary Pokémon like Suicune.

Ash continues his journey through Johto, collecting Gym Badges and preparing for the Johto League. He faces new challenges and meets new friends along the way.

Ash completes his Johto journey and competes in the Johto League Silver Conference, where he places in the top 8. This season concludes Ash's adventures with Misty and Brock.

Ash travels to the Hoenn region with new companions May and her younger brother Max. May becomes a Pokémon Coordinator, competing in Pokémon Contests while Ash continues his Gym Badge quest. The arc features Team Magma and Team Aqua's plot involving Groudon and Kyogre.

Ash continues his Hoenn journey, collecting the remaining Gym Badges. May competes in more Pokémon Contests, and both prepare for their respective tournaments. The season culminates in the Hoenn League and Grand Festival.

After returning to Kanto, Ash takes on the Battle Frontier challenge, facing seven Frontier Brains in unique battle facilities. May continues her Contest journey in Kanto while Ash works toward becoming a Frontier Brain himself.

Ash travels to the Sinnoh region with new companion Dawn, a Pokémon Coordinator. Both begin their journeys: Ash collecting Gym Badges and Dawn competing in Contests.

Ash and Dawn continue their Sinnoh adventures, facing new challenges and rivals. The arc features Team Galactic's plot involving Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina.

Team Galactic's plot intensifies as they attempt to control the legendary Pokémon. Ash and Dawn continue their respective journeys while facing the growing threat.

Ash competes in the Sinnoh League, achieving his best result yet by reaching the semi-finals. Dawn participates in the Grand Festival, and both face their toughest challenges yet.
